Millers Hotel

Comfortable very clean room and bath/shower. Breakfast was absolutely delish. Young man who served us was very friendly and funny too. Very reasonable, pub interior is gorgeous. The receptionist was lovely too. Thank you guys, keep it up!

We stayed last night. It would have been given a 5 star rating if it weren’t for two things. • This morning at 6.45, dogs started barking. Two yapping ones and a larger sounding dog. This went on for a good 45 minutes, so much that the lady in the next room to us shouted out of her window ‘shut the bloody dogs up’. It didn’t work I might add. I know you offer dog friendly rooms but I would have expected to hear the owners at least trying to quieten them down. Well behaved dogs they were not! • The breakfast was delicious, however the tea and coffee station let it down. Those jugs are very cumbersome and we didn’t know what was in each jug. It was very frustrating. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Great place for a drink, service was very impressive for the time of year. Chef offered the dogs a fresh chicken dinner, which was very thoughtful.

I booked a room for my self and my partner. She booked a table for us at you're restaurant and meals were great, friendly staff nice tidy area and table. The hotel room was a cosy and comfortable one. The bed was nice, only issue is I'm picky on pillows but that's just me. Chicken and ham pie was lovely, chips were tasty. The gravy was really nice. Steak cooked right, the peppercorn sauce was just right, really nice meals in fact. Thank you.

All staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome on arrival and throughout my three day stay. The room was compact and spotlessly clean with a really comfortable bed and the quiet location meant a good night's sleep. The breakfasts are great, a good choice on the menu, and the hot menu was freshly cooked to order with a prompt and attentive service. All made with quality ingredients and well presented. There was a good selection for continental option too with a choice of of fresh fruit, cereals, juices and fresh coffee to compliment. The hotel also has a nice bar and restaurant areas (with a real working water wheel feature) and good, secure parking. The Millers is a great hotel choice for many locations in the West Midlands at a reasonable price. Thank you to the Team at The Millers Hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights when visiting the area for a family event and a large free car park made things easier when we arrived. We received a warm welcome from Jason, the manager. Our room was attractively decorated with plenty of space for our things and the bathroom was spotless although, unfortunately, the soap in the shower soap dispenser ran on the second morning. Free WiFi and a large screen TV. We enjoyed two evening meals in the restaurant and both were delicious. The cooked breakfasts were also delicious with perfectly cooked eggs served on yummy sourdough toast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which was made more special by the excellent, professional and friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and they all seemed to be happy in their work, which was a pleasure to see. Thank you Jason, Zane, Sam, Molly and everyone whose name we didn't discover but who made our stay so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to anyone. It's great value for money.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was a really nice stay we had to wait a few mins at reception but the chap who came was so helpful and chatty. The room was nice, clean and comfy with tea and coffee but not much tea bag sugar or milk but after evening meal they gave us plenty that seen us through the night and morning. The only down side to room was the shower even on max heat it was very hot just warm other than that it was good the evening meal was absolutely spot on 100% could not fault it we had 3 courses and every course was as good as the last and extremely well priced the breakfast was amazing plenty of it would definitely stay again the staff so lovely thank you for am amazing stay

Me and my wife recently had our wedding venue here for the evening and it was just perfect. From the minute we first enquired about the place we had Claire to help support us and organise exactly what we wanted. From the moment I arrived I was given top notch service from all staff members. Everything we had planned went exactly ahead and the staff couldn't have been more helpful to had make our evening perfect. The room is perfectly sized for up to 50 guests (maybe even more), and has a separate part for a disco. The buffet food was also amazing. Pricing wise isn't bad and they have different packages to suite your needs. Claire and the staff at The Millers are the example of the old school customer comes first attitude, which most retail environments seem to have forgeten these days. I would highly recommend The Millers regardless if you are eating, staying the night, having your wedding ceremony/venue there, or hiring them for any other reason.
